Uniform Destination

"I wish there was a way to give zero stars. Ive been shopping at this location for YEARS and have never had anything other than a pleasant experience. But Saturday I went in and bought one pair of scrubs pants, there was a girl and what seemed to be a new hire behind the register and they were very kind, and helpful. Well I ended up buying the wrong size, when I got home to try them on, I pulled them up and accidentally pulled the tag off the pants. They didn't fit anyways so I went to return them. I was aware that the return.exchange policy called for the tags to be attached, but I tried anyways, and was prepared to get denied. I walked in and the same new hire was behind the register, with another guy, I have no idea who he was or what it name was. I grabbed the right size and brought both bottoms up to the register and asked for an exchange. Before even letting me finish the other guy (not the new hire) says "do you have your receipt?" very rude. I handed everything over, and said "hey I do know that the tag is off, but I just bought them 2 days ago, I swear I didn't wear them...." and again before finishing my statement he cuts me off and raises his voice and says "So the next time you buy something from us you HAVE to make sure the tag is attached" in a very snarky tone of voice. I said "yes I understand, and im sorry" he then looks at me and says "I remember everyones face who comes in here with returns and exchanges, so I will remember you if you ever try to return something without the tags attached again." I just stood there and stared at him, totally baffled. He then says "but ill do it this time as a courtesy, everyone deserves a courtesy but don't let it happen again" 1: I was prepared to have to eat the cost of those pants because I knew the tag was removed, and I was aware of the policy 2: I have NEVER been spoken to in such a rude, and condescending tone. I cannot believe that a kid, probably close to half my age spoke to me that way. I will never be returning to this store again. Shop with caution."

"I went into the store based off the reviews I had seen for this store in hopes that I would get the same experience, but unfortunately it was the complete opposite. The girl on shift just stayed behind the counter on her phone. I asked a simple question about the stethoscopes they had & seemed bother that I was making her work to show them to me. Yes, I ended up buying one & my scrubs that I needed, but this will be last time I shop there."

"The only reasons I didn't give it a 5 star Rating is there is no bicycle rack and the scrubs were expensive. But the Stores associates were courteous and treated the customers like family.if your job is in a facility I recommend the Uniform Destination, for purchasing your needs"

"My experience today was a great one! I met 2 sweet and helpful ladies there. Michelle started out helping me find the perfect scrub set and letting me try on several great pants. She made sure that I was perfect for my 1st day at my new job. She informed me that she was new, but if you ask me…you couldn’t tell. She was very knowledgeable about the material and which ones were comfortable, soft, and my right size. As we got to check out I met Ana. Ana made sure that I enjoyed my service with Michelle and checked me out with a beautiful smile. When you are in the market for scrubs go to this store and ask for these two ladies to help you with the process. Thank you both!!!!"
