"Dr. Ruffulo is low key but right on top of any issues our dogs have ever had. She does not push for immunizations that aren’t really necessary for our dogs considering their activity, area in which we are, age, etc. However when tests and procedures are indicated they are done promptly and she calls with results faster than any other veterinarians we’ve ever had. She also does follow up calls automatically when our dogs have had an issue or illness. She returns calls promptly and whenever we have have any interaction with her she genuinely radiates the impression that she loves animals."

"Dr. R, never tries to up sell any surges or vaccines. If she thinks your animal doesn't need something or isn't necessary she will tell you. The front staff are wonderful ladies. They respect my dog htes other animals so calls us in the car and tells us it's clear to bring our dog in. Love this place"
