"I used their DIY Dog Wash Station. It cost me $23. To wash my own dog. The price seems very high considering there was one bottle of general purpose shampoo, no conditioner, nothing nice about the whole experience. They even took like 5 minutes to “clean it up for me” before I went back there. All in all it was a bad experience. It was very dirty, smelled of piss. Hair everywhere like there is no effort to clean it up before I went back there. So disappointing. I try to support local businesses and I regret wasting my money there."
