"Made an appointment with A Plus Chimney. He showed up hour and half earlier than appointment. My husband wasn't home but on his way home. He didn't call just left a card. My husband called to see if he was coming for his appointment no answer until well after his appointment time. He did not try to reschedule our appointment and just stated he'd call us if he were ever in the area, which he said wasnt often, or if he got a moose early for hunting season. Didn't seem interested in getting our business very unprofessional and unreliable. Would never recommend him nor ever use him for our chimney cleaning needs. Would never had made an appointment with him if I knew he really didn't do work in my area. I would have gone with a different chimney sweep, but since he said he'd do it and made an appointment my husband took the afternoon off from work for him to not show up at the appointment time he made."
