"They burned/stained labels on both my new Polo jeans, I had asked them to cover them over the day before when I dropped them off, they blamed the ppl that work in the back, do they don't read the tags? (No crease) (cover Labels)etc. they said they will reimburse 10× what I paid for the dry clean so $2 + cents times 10 = approx $24 plus they get to keep the jeans, this doesn't make sense i paid $100 per jean, this ppl just ridiculous, pls guys stay away from this cleaners they will ruin your clothes and don't care cause they're backed up by there policy"

"Send clothes to get dry cleaned or ironed and come back wrinkled… The service they provide here is horrible!!! They charge you entirely too much for the work they do. Don’t let something come back ruined they will not take care of you. If you want your clothes to stay in great condition go somewhere else!!!! I included one of the many shirts I sent to get pressed and this is the results…."
