"Short answer: Great service! Very patient, respectful and professional. Will definitely come back! Long answer: I was planning my grandmothers funeral service and knew that the usual type of floral arrangements that floral shops normally make was NOT the type of floral arrangements that I wanted for my grandmas service. I also knew that funeral floral arrangements cost anywhere from $400- $1,000+, which was not the amount of money I wanted to spend on flowers, especially if I didn’t like the way they looked. So I decided to look to see if I could buy wholesale which is how I found Miami flowers wholesale. I try and read reviews to any and every place that I am about to do business with. So after reading all the reviews for this place I was hesitant and a bit scared to go into this business, solely based on the reviews that I had read. Being that there weren’t many wholesale shops to choose from in El Paso, I decided to go in anyways. I met with two employees who were very patient, professional, and nice. I explained what colors and “look” I was going for and not once were they rude towards me. I did let them know that their reviews online were bad and I didn’t want to speak with the owner. The employee advised me that because I was placing a large order of flowers and wanted a variety of different flowers that were not available in their cooler, that I would have to speak with the owner. About a minute later, the owner steps out of his office with a big smile on his face and says, “No tenga miedo. No crea todo lo que dice en el internet.” I was embarrassed and also relieved that he wasn’t some old grouchy man. My experience with the owner and his employees was so nice and stress-free. With planning an entire funeral service, I had a lot on my mind. But I have to say that when it came to picking out the flowers it was relieving how stress-free the entire experience was. The owner (Arturo is his name I believe), sat down with me and I was able to explain to him exactly what I was envisioning for my grandmas funeral floral arrangements. I had arrived an hour before closing and by the time we were done it was an hour after closing. I felt bad having stayed that long but the owner kept assuring me that it was okay. He was very kind. Honest when it came to flower choices and very patient with me. He also took his time and researched flowers online and showed me everything online. I had let him know that I was not a professional florist and he gave me his honest opinion. He said, he had customers in the past who attempted to make large arrangements and when it didn’t go as they planned they tried to blame him for it. So he tries and tells his customers the honest truth. Some customers might appreciate the advice and some may not. Bottom line. I had a great experience here and will definitely come back. I was stressed with so many other things with the funeral. But floral arrangements was not one of them. This was my first time ever trying to make arrangements this large in size but the arrangements were exactly how I wanted them and i saved money. Thank you to the guys at Miami flowers."

"Ordered premium roses, had them in water for 2 days then when I grabbed them they started falling apart. Some of them were also small."
