"Extreme disappointment is an understatement in the lack of service from the N. Mesa location. Although, my order was placed to deliver earlier than Valentine’s Day, only part of it was delivered. The store won’t pick up the office landline, won’t return messages, nor do they respond to surveys."

"Placed an order in June for coworker's bday. The day of I get a call from the store stating they did not have the entire order and I would get reimbursed. Fine, things happen. I placed another order 3 weeks in advance for a coworker's anniversary. Get the delivery and notice the flowers are missing. I ask the delivery guy and he stated "we ran out of flowers, but you'll get reimbursed". Seriously?! I placed the order 3 weeks in advance and no courtesy call. To top it off, the quality of fruit basket delivered was poor. Called the store and was on hold for 40 minutes. Both orders were from the Mesa location."
"I made the order a day in advance. About an hr before the order was due to be picked up and it said the order had not been started yet. I tried calling the store. Someone answered and immediately put me back on hold without saying anything. I waited 20 min before making a last minute order at the other El Paso location. I wanted to give them a chance. Prior owners were so much better, I had no problems with my orders 2+ years ago. I should have listened to the reviews and not chanced it."
