"Disappointed, was not happy with the flowers or the stuffed animal, I ordered an extra large arrangement and received a very small one and it did not look at all like what I ordered, and I thought I was getting a teddy bear but received a huge eyed freaky looking zebra, (this was for an adult in the hopital), I will use someone else next time.i would have sent pics but their website does not allow it."

"Disrespectfully started me up and down, the entire time I was in the shop. Whined and complained, rather than offering suggestions or solutions. I had to tell her to stop interrupting me, just so I could finish describing what I was asking for. It wasn’t long or complicated. Of course you’d be confused in regards to what I’m asking for if you repeatedly interrupt me before I can complete 1/3 of my request. It felt like she wanted me out of her shop. Like I was unwelcome. If you don’t want to help your customers, get a different job."

"I parked at the back of the store parking lot, unaware there is no entrance to the flowershop through there. Personnel went out of their way to bring the coursage I ordered to my car. They accommodated me by bringing it to my car, although they don't have curbside service. It was a nice gesture since I was running late to the event I was headed to."
