Not Just A Flower Shop

"i’ll say, the product wasn’t bad. everything was very pretty, my problem was the fact that everything felt so overpriced. the chocolates i bought were thirty dollars for something i could’ve went to the store to get for ten. the bear was extremely small for it to be sold for fifty dollars, the big dumb bears in stores are literally ten dollars more why not get people that! finally my last problem is, if i’m spending over two-hundred dollars why’re you asking me to send you a tip. a tip should not be asked for, it should be given from the kindness of the heart. i believe whoever the owner is, she’s very greedy… the flowers are amazing, all you have to do is give people what they’re paying for. it should never be as subpar as this. also the attitude was not needed, i’m a customer who had already paid for what i needed from you. if i ask for something simple like seeing how big everything is just send the pictures versus you asking for a tip. thank you for your services though, i will not be ordering from your establishment again. God Bless you and have an amazing day. nvm, i was later sent a picture of the roses and they’re literally dying THE DAY OF THE PURCHASE! please do better you’re running a business here and your customers deserve what they paid for."

"Worst experience ever!!! I will never use this florist again and would not recommend. The arrangement for Valentine's Day and was delivered after hours, therefore not received by person intended until the day after even when the order was placed a week in advance with specific instructions for an AM delivery. The female representative was rude when I contacted her regarding the matter. I offered to return the arrangement to her for a refund and she refused. After 5 years, the bitter owner replied to my review stating that I have never purchased from her establishment and calling me a psycho. I still have and found my email receipt for my Order #198933872 & Order Placed February 8, 2017."

"The problem with my purchase is the disappointment. I ordered the premium designer's choice birthday order. There are no pictures to this option. The product description is inderect and misleading. Can't explain why offer 250 character message field only to fit it in a 2" ×4" gift card. The card was hand written in very bad hand writing. Defeats the purpose of viewing a preview online just before submitting the order. The preview used a cursive font on script paper and its expected. I guess this is the risk you take when shopping online but I can't help but think they dropped the ball on my order."

"For the last five years I have been traveling around the world. Every Valentines day, Mothers Day or Birth Day that I can't be there for, I have sent flowers to my wife, daughter and mother-in-law. I have always sent from this shop. First three times I remember I would talk to Angel. He now runs a branch in Alamogordo, NM. But it all started in this shop and Vanessa is great. I have no issues with the arrangements. I now have a granddaughter. She will be getting them as well now. Februarys is getting expensive since her birthday is on that month. I always get a call back from those who receive them and tell me they are amazing. I recommend this flower shop."

"I contacted Angel to get a quote for a rather large order. I was given a great price, Angel prepared one dozen, one dozen roses, sent me pics of my purchase and delivered them to my beautiful daughter for her 18th birthday. Angel was very creative in ensuring the flowers caused the most spectacular scene when she was surprised with them. His designs are out of this world and he made me feel very comfortable spending over $700 for the arrangement in a shop where I had had no shopping experience. He stayed in constant contact with me as he delivered the flowers. I live in another state, so the extra mile he went to make the day special, since I could not be there, was truly worth every penny. Thanks Angel, my daughter will never forget this day!"
