They sent a second beautiful arrangement of flowers immediately and were extremely kind about it over the phone. It was my first time using their service and it won't be the last. Thanks!"

"To start with ill say the only thing that went right was them taking my money. Back Story its Mothers Birthday, so surprise flowers and chocolates were the call. I asked for a specific day and paid for that day of delivery. Not only was the delivery late, it was delivered to the WRONG house. So of course my mom (who has severe health complications) tries to contact and ask where it was delivered, SO THAT SHE CAN GRAB IT FOR THEM! Not to re-deliver but to do THEIR JOB! When on the phone she is then told "IT IS NOT THEIR PROBLEM!" So not only are her birthday flowers late, delivered to the wrong address, AND she is disrespected and told in a not so nice way to "deal with it!" Would never recommend this agency to delivery flowers or even complete an order. Being apart of the armed forces and stationed in desolate areas sometimes the best i can do is something small like flowers. Never ordering from here and highly recommend to all those trying to surprise someone to never contact or entertain this establishment."

"Do not order from them!! Ordered the arrangement below. You can see the difference. When I called them, they had the audacity to say the picture on the website only shows all the flowers the arrangement will have. He said the picture is a 2d and not a 3D representation picture and the arrangement will not look like that all around like it does on the site. Their arrangements do not look like the site. He even mentioned he would redo the arrangements to only add the flowers on one side to make it look like the website picture. Horrible business practice and customer service. I'm sure he will now have his friends go on here to give him good reviews."
