"I am usually very pleased at the service and price of getting my clothes dry cleaned here. However, when it comes to alterations, I will go elsewhere, mainly because I like my trousers hemmed in a manner within Marine Corps standards. I’ve never had an issue with my trousers being done in that manner, and I’ve been to many cities/states. Unfortunately, I had 5 pairs of trousers hemmed here, they were all roughly an inch too short in the back. than how they were measured, roughly an inch shorter in the back. As a tall person (6 foot 3), I definitely don’t want my trousers to be short. Outside of alterations, they have excellent service, thus a 4 out of 5."

"This place is a joke. They advertise one hour, but that is NOT TRUE. I tried to take in a jacket for an out of town funeral and they said they could not even have it ready on the same day I dropped it off!! Don't advertise one hour or even same day turn arounds if you are unable to actually do it."

"I drop clothes off to be dry cleaned and pressed three shirts was damaged in the same spot on my sleeve remind you I left the cleaners the same day and discovered my shirts damaged manager told me it's nothing they can do dedor said I must have damage my shirts Ralph Lauren ain't cheap"

"I have used other Dry Cleaners and Laundry but these folks are the best. It is a family run business with the work done on side and the owners on site to make sure everything is done correctly. They have also helped me with some alterations on both clothing and an American Flag on which some of the seams had gotten loose in the wind. A great job. This business is much appreciated."

"They damage my zipper on my skirt. It was the first time using their service. I showed the manager the jacket with button on and the skirt was unzipped but working. When I picked it up the zipper was melted shut. They refuse to repair she said I broughtit in that way. Itold her no you are not taking responsibility and Iwillneverusethem again.."
