"This was my first time using this service as it’s offered through my apartment community. It was the worst cleaning service I’ve had and not to the standard I was expecting. The dishes were not unloaded from the dishwasher, the kitchen sink was FILTHY (dirtier than before they arrived), they left the two dirty dishes in the sink and wiped a dirty rag around them. The bathroom shower glass has a film on it (from their rags as it was clean before they arrived) and the counters have some sort of film on them. The dining room table was not wiped off. Overall, they did a horrible job and I do not want those particular cleaners back in my home. It’s like they cleaned with dirty rags that had grease on them and my home is more dirty than before they arrived. I tried calling but was unable to speak with anyone. I’ve sent text and emails but no response other than asking for a review so…here it is. I’d like someone from the company to reach out to me asap."

"Amazing service! The guy that cleans our lab is just the friendliest and nicest person I see every morning. Always working hard. Always respectful and happy to work. I am happy I come to a place where I can see that even the cleaning crew loves doing their job. The job always gets done and I never have to worry about if something was cleaned or if the trash was taken out. I highly recommend their service!"
