"I’ve used Prism Cleaners for everyday dry clean items, and have been pleased with their reasonable prices, quick turnaround, and friendly employees. I am writing this review to express how satisfied I am with how they took care of a difficult job - my older cat who has medical issues vomited all over my bedroom, including blankets and accent pillows. Prism was able to successfully dry clean all the items, without issue, in two days, and kept me informed of the process. Could not be more pleased."

"DO NOT COME HERE, literally the worst customer service ever. my car broke down in the houston heat and i just needed a little bit of a.c to cool down while i called aarp and figured out my driving situation. from the minute i walked in they treated me and looked at me as though i was a thief, in the next couple of minutes they kicked out me and my siblings out and blocked the door preventing us to enter. it was only near the bunkhill bar that i was able to cool off in the heat while waiting for my car to be towed. honestly expected more and im beyond ashamed would not be recommending this place or their business to anyone if this is how they treat people in need. they need to do better"
