"I’ve decided to discontinue services with the company due to extreme unprofessional behavior from the onsite supervisor. When I informed the supervisor about corrections that were needed around the house, she told me that if I didn’t like the service then cancel. She never made me feel like a valued customer. The supervisor yelled at me and told me that she has 100 houses to clean and that my house is a problem for her. I’ve noticed the ratings have started to decrease and I can understand the reason for it. Today I prevented one of the ladies from putting leather cleaner on my expensive furniture. I do not recommend."

"Absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Champion Housekeeping!!!! I have been using them for over 7yrs off &on. They are extremely dependable, do a fantastic job of deep cleaning, &seek out what you want each visit. I wish I was able to use them more regularly, but Barbara is great at working me into their weekly schedule, even on short notice....gotta have them come before my in-laws or endearing relatives show up for those surprising extended visits. When they came regularly, they were great if my boys got hm from school before they finished and there was never an issue with security or my black lab. Try them and you'll truly see difference between deep cleaning and sweet smelling cover up job. These ladies are amazing!"
