"We used Tide Cleaners for about two months upon moving to the Woodlands. At one point they lost several drying clean items only to find them two weeks later hanging somewhere in the back room. The staff didn't appear to be properly trained to answer questions and came across as though they really didn't care. After that episode we lost any confidence and switched dry cleaners."

Yes, they provide credit for every time we bring up an issue, but credits only go so far if you continue to have issues. Most recent one was my Zara shirt came back completely torn along the seam.
