"We travel all over the country and this was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. Not only did it take four days for a wash and fold. I was told I could pick it up the next day and then when I called and asked about it they acted like they had no clue what I was talking about. When I finally went to go get the stuff after I was called and said it was ready they literally had some of our order left behind not in the bags. If I wouldn’t have noticed some of our order was missing, I would or never received the remaining of items. On top of that my husband also dropped off clothes to be starched. When he picked up his clothing he noticed two very similar shirts hanging on a rack separated from the items he was picking up. Once again come to find out that was part of our order if he would not have noticed those were his shirts we would’ve also lost those as well. I hate leaving a review like this but it was honestly the worst experience we’ve ever had."

"I asked for my zipper to be repaired on two garments and I waited a month and it was never done. I called multiple times only to be told it would be done soon so after several tries I ended up just taking my items back. I would have like to know that it would never get started so that instead of waiting I could have taken my garments somewhere else. I feel very disappointed in the service …."

"Horrible experience!! Will never return or recommend to another person!!!!!!!! Especially if it's for a wedding! I needed to have my wedding dress steamed before December 6th. I called and asked if they would be able to steam the dress for me. They said it would be no problem and to just bring it in early next week. So the second week of November I brought in my wedding dress. I was told it would be ready the Wednesday after Thanksgiving. Wasn't ready. So she told us to come back Monday December 2nd. When we returned Monday the dress still wasn't done. She told us it would be ready for us by noon Tuesday and that she's been on vacation and forgot about it. We go back Tuesday at noon for the dress STILL WAS NOT DONE! I reminded her my wedding is December 6th. Just three days away. I kept returning to check on my dress and just received it back December 5th. THE DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING!!. She was rude and snappy and told us she shouldn't have done business with us. We were to uptight and wond up about the dress. Yes, I am sure it is annoying to have two people stop in daily to ask you about their wedding dress but after having it for almost a month and never having it done when you said you would is stressful. If you need something done on time for an important event such as a wedding or prom. DO NOT GO HERE!!"

"I needed a shirt altered for a last minute interview. She was able to make alterations same day and even pressed it for me. It looks and fits great! Highly recommend!"
