"This was the first professional cleaning service I’ve ever very had in my home. The booking portal was incredibly easy to use and the team called me right way to confirm everything. We have been in this home for 5 years without doing some of the deep cleaning tasks like baseboards. Alma was professional and worked incredibly hard on our home. She did every task that was listed in the cleaning service and allowed me to have my dogs inside on leash. She also got to the areas I wanted cleaned the most without me having to direct her. My husband was so impressed he is even considering letting this be a monthly service we do."

"I am very particular about what I expect to be done. I made a list of what was important to me and things that I would look for after each cleaning. They even sent me a contract with my list as a verification of receiving. Everything was going well until they sent a substitute staff. They didn’t clean the guest half bathroom and cleaned up stairs instead, which I wrote that upstairs was a time permitted obligation and downstairs was my priority. So, if someone came to my house the bathroom they would use had urine stains. When I called and asked to speak to a manager, I was argued with what was suppose to be done even though I had service for a year and hadn’t had any problems. Then “Elaine” (supervisor) claimed someone at my house told them to skip that bathroom. At first she blamed my son, but today she blamed my mother. I told them if my housekeeper couldn’t come to cancel that cleaning and schedule it when she was available. I then reminded her that I wanted to speak to who was in charged. Today- I called because it was my scheduled date of cleaning. Elaine cancelled my contract, claimed I gave her permission to do so, and claimed I was rude to staff when in fact I had only spoken to her. I informed her that I would be locating the owner of the company because I’m sure they don’t know about the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to attempt to resolve my issue. Which is the fact they charged me full priced and left a filthy bathroom. I also informed her that professionalism would mean that she sent an email, left a voicemail, or mail a letter notifying me that they wanted to cancel the contract. Not just run away without addressing INTERNAL issues, but with management like that what am I to expect? I will also be notifying the BBB, local scam (because they charged me full priced without adjustment), attorney general and any other means I can think of to inform the community of the practice of the SUPERVISOR/ Company.
