"They don’t tell you how much it’s going to cost before you drop your clothes. I asked the woman how much is every item depending on what it is she said we don’t tell you unless you ask. I come and they give me a 200$ bill. I said ok because I knew I wouldn’t come back but her attitude was rude. She was argumentative I was asking questions as if she didn’t like people asking her anything. Do not come here unless you like to be greeted by a rude woman and high bill!"

"The Hispanic heavyset woman that works here needs to be fired. She treats long time customers like trash the split second you question something. She refused to acknowledge the stains on my BRAND NEW shirt I took in with tags happened there. I said it was literally folded wrapped in original plastic packaging when I brought it is she said “no don’t have anything new”. What? Then asked if I even live in Cinco Ranch? What does that mean? I pulled all my clothes I was going to leave and left. It’s been a decent few years there but never again. Sent a group message to my fellow officers and friends to never take anything to Comet again. Let me know when she’s fired and I’ll come back. ALL THE RUDE COMMENTS ABOUT HER HERE ARE TRUE. *In response to owners reply, it’s absolutely the location on Spring Green in this review. I’ve been coming here for years. How do you explain the other comments about her being rude? Also wrong location? Nice try."
