"If you want to spend $1k to have your system cleaned of mold but for the techs not to notice the mold covered filter in the attic by the unit, have your damper bent, and have your duct put back together incorrectly so you have air leaking into your attic for over a week, call these guys. TWICE, we've been told they would send someone out to take a look since our system started malfunctioning after the cleaning and no one ever showed. The owner just talks over you to get you off the phone. So, now $270 MORE out of pocket to have 2 AC companies out to determine what was damaged by them (1 $70 trip charge for the first guy and $200 to have the issues fixed). I have in writing that ALL this was done by the techs at Indoor Air Duct Cleaning of Cypress. Go elsewhere!!
