"I dropped a blazer and a dress shirt on Thursday afternoon. When I came to pick it up on Friday at 6pm, they mentioned there was a stain on the shirt and it would need to be rewashed. I explained I was wearing the blazer and shirt to a dinner that evening at 8pm. Sharon said she would rewash it right then. I asked about them closing in an hour and she mentioned she wasn’t leaving until it was done. They called me an hour later and it was done. This is great customer service and the reason why I continue to bring my dry cleaning here time and time again. Thank you Sharon and team!"
"I’ve been a customer since around 1994 at the five star on Fredricksburg, Vance Jackson and now at the NW Military location. I’ve always had great service with my clothes. They’ve even resewn or explained something staines or torn that they found. These people are great. They already know who I am when I drive up. I was disappointed that there are no coupons. The workers asked me if I had my coupons because my wife asked them to remind me. Thank you"
"This is by far the best cleaners in San Antonio. Manager personally checks most orders to ensure they are done correctly. The entire staff is a pleasure to deal with- and it is much appreciated. This is one of the few businesses I deal with that did not have service degradation post pandemic. I drive past 10 plus other dry cleaners to go to this location- they are that much better. Greatly appreciate all they do. Thank you."
