"They deserve 5 stars it's like a family there friends n owners family. I'm a new employee, all I can say is this they have pride on their job pressing dry clean and laundry. Also the oet in charge of washing clients close . Are very cautious. Im. Glad to work there be a professional more. Thxs come by n bring your clothes for satisfactory cleaning n pressing .!!"
"Kraft is the best of the best! Been using them for years on everything from button downs to gowns. Amazing experience with recent wedding dress cleaning and preservation as well. Service is top notch β Kraft will not let you down!"
"Do not recommend if you're in the Air Force. I asked specifically not to "military press" my blues shirt since that is not in our regs, and they put 3 sharp creases in my shirt. Now I will have to iron them out myself. What a waste of money! Edit: I do appreciate the owner's response offering to correct the mistake, and for that reason, I am upgrading to two stars. However, at that point it was too late since I needed to wear before then."
"First time I went everything was fine clothes was so fresh and ironed really good then after that it was super horrible I told one older gentleman with glasses he said he'll make sure it was done right and it wasn't then I told a young kid then the owner. so today I went to pick up my clothes today because I have a meeting and guess what my suit jacket has all this little fuzz on it literally looks dirty my pants have double lines AGAIN! And mind you this isn't the first time. They always say bring it back if it has a double line ... yeah sure I'll drive across town because you mess up every time and mind you it came out to 60$ I don't mind paying it if the clothes comes out good but it's horrible I was going to call but for what this will be my last time going. So trust me don't go the only person there with a good attitude there is the owner i can give him that but I just hope you tell your workers to do a better job."
"One of the more disappointing experiences I have had with a business. I drove 25 miles to Kraft Professional Cleaners because of how they advertise themselves as being specialists in fine gowns and household items. I asked twice if they could provide service for my custom-made table runners, specifically pointing out the tassels. I was reassured this was work they could do. I am in the Army and was getting my table runners cleaned just prior to moving to Maryland... so when I went and picked them up, I decided to leave them in the plastic wrapping so they would be protected for travel. I got to Maryland and discovered that one of my table runners had been destroyed (see pictures). Nobody mentioned it to me at all when I picked up and paid full price for cleaning services! I called Kraft and spoke to a very nice person named, Rose, who was apologetic and said the owner, Darrell, would be reaching out to me. 2 days later and still no word from him. I called back again today and was told they would leave another message from him. In the end, there is nothing they can do to give me back this item which has great meaning for me, but at the very least I would expect the owner to call me and try to provide some type of service recovery. I would have never left my table runners with them if they had said they couldn't do items with tassels. And for them to let me leave the store without telling me about the damage to my items is really shady. I would definitely avoid this place if you have something which is delicate and you care a lot about. Not only might they destroy it, but they may not even tell you, and then the owner is not responsive if you express concerns. Be warned. Update: Still no word from the owner. When I reached out again I was told that if I wanted to speak to Robert (who did the work on my table runners) I needed to come in and bring the table runners with me. Again, I am in the Army and have moved to Maryland so this is not possible. Nobody in a position of authority will get on the phone with me. What a terrible way to run a business!"
