"The Rosenberg location is very unprofessional. The employees are not eager to perform a job appropriately. They are more worried about the time than you are as the paying customer. I hired them to perform a moveout job, and you cannot tell that anyone was there from the look even the smell it was no difference pictures were sent out to the manager very little discount was given, even though you had all of the evidence that was needed"

"HUGE, BIG mistake hiring this company for cleaning services. They lied about the charges to earn the business. They charged double. Sent three maids. Two of them did not clean at all. Bathrooms left without being dusted and mopped, maid did not clean the sink (the cleaning level was not at all to the standard; MOTEL 6 crew cleans better than this company) when I asked them to clean thoroughly I was told that I am coming up to my 2 hours mark. I had to clean the house with them. They did not change the trash bags, left all of my trash bins empty without bags. Baseboards were supposed to be clean baseboards left dirty. Very unprofessional, I specifically asked them to not to take shoes at our carpet where we pray they took the shoes (other cleaning services I had used to bring shoe protectors). Better off hiring cleaning services that charges more but ACTUALLY do the cleaning. DO NOT hire Molly Maid. Terrible, terrible expereince! I wish I could give this business negative stars."

"This service was great. I had gotten a little behind on the house with life. A team of two ladies arrived. Came in and got right to work. The house looked great when they were done. With our first experience we will now be getting recurring services. I can't say enough about how great this service is."

"Had cleaning done before move in. I was told everything would be clean (floors, windows, cabinets, drawers, appliances, etc). A few days after cleaning, I showed up just to make sure everything went smoothly. I found clumped up animal hair around the kitchen/dining room entrance way, a trail of dead ants under the window sill, cabinets not cleaned out, trash laying around, freezer bottom not cleaned. I called the office to see what we can do about it. They reassured me that they would take care of this the second time around. I was okay with it. They came back to clean. Some days later I decided to check the house again day before my scheduled moving truck. I noticed some items were cleaned up, though still had animal hair around the kitchen/dining room entrance way, and a trail of dead ants, left untouched. I called again to inform them about the pending items. Once again, they were apologetic. At this point, I couldn't have them come back to take care of it because of the short timeline. So I just took care of it myself."

"The single good thing I can say about Molly Maid was the house was clean. I was told I'd be told the day before about a more exact time, I called multiple times, left voicemails and even called corporate. They didn't tell me anything. I had a morning appointment the following day which is 8-12. I wanted to make sure I was there for them, as I live an hour away from the house we moved out of. I arrived at 7:30am to wait. I finally had a call at 8am saying they would be there closer to noon. Noon came and went so I called again to get an update. They finally arrived at 12:30! I had to leave so I asked how long it would take and the cleaners said 3 hours. So I left and never got a call they were done, so after 3 hours I went back to the house. The cleaners were gone and the house was unlocked. I called and no answer. So I locked up and continued to call with no answer and again left voice-mails. Finally the next day, I called and got a hold of them. They charged more than we should have. We will never use them again. With how long I waited for them to show up, I could have cleaned myself and still made it home beforehand."
