"I can't express how mad I am at this location, but I'm going to try. I dropped a jacket off to be dry cleaned. I was informed that it would be ready the next day. I received an email the next day that it was ready for pickup. I came in, was advised that the jacket couldn't be cleaned because there was damage on it. I told them that the fuzz around the outside edges was not damage, but accent that goes around the entire hood of the jacket. This jacket is only 2 years old and doesn't get worn often, so it's not in bad shape. I was then told that since there were patches of leather on it, they needed me to sign a waiver to clean it. I told them that no one told me that when I dropped it off. The cashier said that they may have tried to call me. I told them that they didn't call me or email me, except to say that it was ready for pickup. She said that she could have a manager talk to me about it. I told her that I didn't want to do that and I would just take my jacket. I am at surprised at how poorly they handled this. This was the first time coming here and it will be my last. Ignore the good reviews because they can't do something as simple as keep the customer informed."

"Generally satisfied with how clothes look after cleaning, but giving 3 stars because often the person taking my clothes or household linens does not listen when I tell them there's a stain that needs spot treatment. On multiple occasions I have to go back to them to return an item because it wasn't cleaned properly. Also my husband has had shirts laundered and returned not looking like they were pressed very well."

"I love this cleaners. It’s so convenient to drive up to a window and not have to go inside and stand in a long line. I recently moved back to Texas and they still had my information saved in their computer along with my military discount. The staff was very professional and very efficient. I watched how quickly she took care of every car that was in line ahead of me. She was smiling and very pleasant to talk to. I love how she asked if she could put my dry cleaning in the back when I went to pick it up. I honestly felt pampered."

"Had three shirts laundered exactly the way I like them! Prompt, quick and courteous service in and out! Have been using this company since January 2017. I keep asking for a “Comet” emblazoned tee shirt. The response is always I have to work there. Just seems since I have been a LOYAL CUSTOMER for so long, they could you know work something out. I may be wearing them down. I have to persist! BTW, I wear a XXL if corporate reads this. BTW2, it’s free advertising for Comet!"
