"Let me tell y’all something.. First, I never take the time to write reviews but I had such a great experience with Fowler Carpets that I called them back to ask where I could leave a review. Second, I rarely go with the first/only company that I’ve called for house stuff like this however, Liz was so helpful over the phone and could get someone out in just two days! While on the phone, she let me know of the special they were running and I spoke with her about pricing for pet stain/urine removal. Lastly, when Kyle came out today he was punctual & very professional. He explained the process to me and even used a black light to show me the urine spots in the carpet. After a couple of hours, Kyle was finished with our carpets and they look so much better already! As I said before, I never give reviews but I really appreciate how friendly, professional, and helpful Liz and Kyle were through the whole process.
