"We have had monthly cleanings by American Housekeeping San Antonio for the past year and are pleased with the service, for the most part. They clean our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home once a month for $189/cleaning, which I believe is fair. They are easy to communicate with via text to setup service and very polite. They provide comment cards after every cleaning so you can give feedback on what you liked or didn’t like and they’ll recalibrate. The team that usually cleans our home does a great job, you can tell they have good attention to detail, passionate about their work and leave making our house smell bubbly fresh and clean! The only reason for 4 stars is it depends on the team who services your house. I’m not sure they’re all created equal. I’ve had other teams who were just going quick and did an okay job but I wasn’t completely satisfied and they left with the house not smelling bubbly clean, dust and hair behind and the shower glass wasn’t cleaned well. So I like when they send my normal team who does a good job consistently, but I’ve had times that due to scheduling I get another team and it’s hit or miss. The last new team that came though did a great job and even left a stamp on the toilet paper, which was a nice touch! I think the company realized early on that I’m particular due to my comment cards and sent their best team maybe. Again, good communication and customer service. Would recommend them!"

"The ladies at American Housekeeping do an excellent job cleaning my house! They come every other week and they are very prompt. Even though I have a scheduled day and time, I am notified the day before what time they will be arriving. Most of the time when you have someone clean your home only twice a month it eventually begins to look dirty. These ladies do such an excellent job every time they come that you would never know I am not on a weekly schedule. I would definitely recommend American Housekeeping!"

"The members of my cleaning team, Marcela and Catalina, are amazingly reliable and lovely ladies. I have been blessed with their services for a number of years; have never been disappointed and trust them completely. It is such a "high" to sniff the clean smell and see everything in order as I walk into my house after they have finished their work. Furthermore, the schedulers have been extremely (and graciously) accommodating on the few times I've needed to change my date or request an additional cleaning in the month. Well it's now July of 2017 and we haven't been able to separate from their services! The employees are very trustworthy and always deliver excellency. From the onset, we have enjoyed and very much appreciated the dedication from the team monthly. The ladies have become a part of our family and have seen our daughter grow over the last 2 years.
