"Money hungry owner!! my family got really sick we had a stomach bug and to protect their staff and prevent spreading, I had to cancel but I still got charged almost $200 the following day! I guess the owner would rather get the staff sick and have them spread it to other clients than being reasonable about unpredictable circumstances with their clients."
