"This is a very convenient system! It's great being able to drop things off or pick them up any time."

"My now husband took a couple of suits in to get cleaned and they lost an entire suit. This was a Brooks brothers suit worth $1000 that was going to be worn on our wedding day. The owner refused to show us the full footage which would have shown him dropping this suit off. He also refused to pay us any sort of compensation for the suit or even help us look for it. Through out this ordeal we also found out that they don’t even clean your items on site!! They take it to another local cleaner to get it cleaned. All this guy did was call my husband and I liars through the entire ordeal. We had planned to take him to small claims court but found that unfortunately it wouldn’t be worth it. Do not take your stuff here unless you want your expensive items lost. He keeps trying to say we didn’t have an order, but yet we have a confirmation text of the drop off. Then blocked us on everything so we could no longer contact him. We have never had such terrible customer service."

"I've had good experiences at this location. I have only used the self-serve kiosk/storefront. At this point, I have had 5 orders completed here that included shirts, chinos, wool suits and nice dresses. Everything was cleaned and pressed to specifications and returned in a timely manner. I even dropped off a linen shirt with marks or stains on it that came back completely stain free! I used the app to make some notes on what I want done, but use the kiosk to type notes on what I want done. It's always been right."

"We like coming to yellow bag for the convenience of dropping off anytime. We generally drop off and have plenty at home in rotation so the wait that averages 2-3 days is not a problem for us. I do not like that they changed the payment process from when they first opened, now you have to post each time and prior to this change it would just charge your card on file. I had an erroneous $85 charge for a bag that was required to be paid (since it’s a kiosk) or I would not be able to pick up my items. This was resolved but my point is, if I have to pay anyway, just save my card info. Second, there used to be a rack where I could hang all my clothes while I was waiting on the machine to locate them. That is no longer there, maybe it was stolen? Lastly it is entirely too hot in this place. I don’t care if no one is working in there or if the general stop in is a few minutes, it’s too hot. The thermostat often times reads 85-90°F, which is inconsiderate to a paying customer."

"This dry cleaner is incredibly convenient with 24/7 operations, making it effortless to drop off and pick up clothes. I've used them a few times and have been satisfied with their service. I did have to contact their customer service for a price error, but they quickly corrected it. Overall, I haven't had any major issues and would recommend giving them a try."
