"Was disappointed since there were so many high ratings. My downstairs carpet looked the same, but wet, when I arrived back home. Funky smells. Dirty spots. Upstairs areas and the stairs themselves looked visibly better. Downstairs was my main concern. I initially called because my dog had a fit of accidents on the carpet. One of which I found with my knee, which is why I made the appointment. All this to say, I was able to pull urine up from that spot after the visit with just warm water and soap. I let him know that I was concerned and unsatisfied with the state of the carpet downstairs and was told, if it was a new stain I would receive a charge of 75$. The cost of 3 rooms. My dog had been kenneled the whole time. The carpet was dry and plush. Just discolored and smelly. After pushing further he let me know he’d call me Sunday evening to reschedule a rinse for downstairs to take care of it early this week. It’s Wednesday evening now and I haven’t been reached out to. I don’t anticipate that that rinse is going to happen. I’m just disappointed I didn’t get the same experience a lot of other people seemed to have had and the lack of follow through."
