Services like these need to understand we don't all work from home and have to take off work for these appointments. The woman who answered the phone didn't apologize and proceeded to tell me their techs are contracted out - good detail to know about this business; that doesn't make it ok to not call when you're going to be late. Asked for the owner to call me - haven't heard a word."
