"Called and shared my bug issues and they quickly suggested an inspection for 9:30 or 10:00 the next day. I requested 10:00, dispatch called the technician, and I was called back within minutes to confirm. The next day at 10:05, I called to ask if they were enroute, and dispatch said she'd have the technician call with an estimated arrival. At 10:30 I called again, and he told dispatch 11:00, which she relayed. At 11:00, the technician finally called me to let me know he was running late and was on his way to arrive at 11:15. The inspection was fine, the technician came across as knowledgeable, and I'm only slightly miffed at the delay arriving as things do come up and my boss was fully supportive. (Knowing full well that they had originally anticipated a treatment and drive to my location in 30 minutes...they muffed the schedule regardless). He comes by the next day (Thursday) for treatment (he was only late by 30 minutes) and we let the sofa stay outside until Friday evening, vacuumed it thoroughly, washed and dried it, all per his advice. 3 hours of cleaning plus the treatment cost to find out within an hour that the infestation was still active. Monday I called to inquire about their refund policy as their treatment was "guaranteed" and dispatch said she would have the technician call me back to discuss options. Guess who never called. They were pleasant enough and very apologetic, but I would just have preferred them to show up on time, return my calls, and have a treatment that actually worked. Obviously I would not recommend iPest Solutions."
