I've never before experienced that short response time! Albert showed up quickly and did an amazing job explaining the repair and how much it would cost. It took longer than expected due to poor installation by the home builder. Nevertheless, Albert fixed the water heater, and even did a minor repair on our toilet for no extra charge!"

"Abel came out to give me an estimate for a PRV install at the main. He was prompt, courteous and gave me a fair estimate for the work involved. I started talking about why I wanted one and discussed issues with our current water softener. He was willing to give a quote on an install of a new unit with the previously discussed PRV install + customer cut-off lever. It was such a great deal that i told him to book it. He came out , on time, and promptly began to work. I was kept apprised of any necessary holes, adjustments an materials would be needed. When he was done, he gave me a great tutorial over all of the installed items. My wife and I could not be more pleased! We highly recommend Five Star."
