Vogue Cleaners is a professional laundry located at 110 South First Street in Krum, Texas. Our skilled staff is dedicated to giving your garments a fresh and clean appearance through a variety of operations. Please note that we will be closed for summer vacation from Saturday, July 2nd to Friday, July 8th, and will resume normal business hours on Saturday, July 9th. "I’ve been using Vogue cleaners in Krum for around 3 to 4 years. Mostly I have my jeans lightly starched and pressed with a crease, outstanding!! My clothes are always ready when I’m told to expect them, personnel is always friendly and courtesy. Thank you Vogue"
"Have had 3 long sleeve shirts damaged above cuffs or both arms on all 3. Was told chemical makeup of material. Another cleaner said it was equipment that damaged. Will not go back as Vogue said "so sorry". No resolve."
"They lost 3 pieces of my clothing and acted as if I were making it up and was wasting their time. I was very disappointed since my family have been loyal customers for years. Even the store manager was not helpful at all. They told me they would look and call me back. Never got a call back. I had to call multiple times for them to ask me was I sure I even dropped those items off and they didn’t know what to tell me! Totally unprofessional. That was over $160 loss for me."
