"First time ever to use this place. Surprised at the cost nowadays but #6 machine took my money but would not start. Had to move the clothes from 6 to 4 in order to get all the laundry done. 5 and 7 working great. And then the window washer came in and was standing on the folding tables to wash the windows! Not folding my clothes on it. Don’t think I will be coming back here."
"Taking a gamble on if machines work or not. Couldn’t get a dryer to take my quarters then switched it over to another. Another dryer the door doesn’t shut. And the change machine took a dollar bill. No place to leave a note stating any of this. I will be going to Bridgeport from now on out. And the parking sucks especially when it’s packed or the other shops are open! There’s needs to be another laundromat here in Decatur!"
"Decent laundry mat. However there's no number to call when a machine eats your money so you're out of luck if a machine isn't working. There are no put of order signs either to tell you if a machine isn't working."
