"Dirty, smelled like sewer water, the place needs cleaning. The coin machine was out of quarters, the dryer didn't dry good. The vending machines were empty. The washer left residue on my laundry from previous use of another customer. It didn't dissolve the sprinkles for the laundry. That tells me it may not filled up all the way. There were several washers that had sitting stinking water. This was from the first time I saw it and it still was there 2 months later which was today for the Same washers. Its covid season and there was no hand soap in the restroom or toilet paper. This is the 3rd time I wash there and upon observation I thought it was customers leaving it messy. Which may be but, also that place needs an attendant during the day to keep an eye on it. Weather it maybe be customers or owners the place needs some immediate attention! Sadly some Alice folks can not clean up after themselves either."

"It was a nice place. Definitely more affordable than other places. I had no issues with losing coins and my clothes washed well. The most upsetting problem was that the restroom didnt have a toilet seat or toilet paper."
