"02/26/24 Comments are true. This place is ruled by opt.1 INCOMPETENT PEOPLE, opt.2 people who gets paid by the hour so the less they do the better. As any other “APPOINTMENTS ONLY” location: THEIR LOGISTICS SUCKS, if your appointment is at 1 pm arrive at 12:55 pm and you will find the gates closed because they close gates for lunch from 11:55 am to 12:10 pm. Once you are here they will start workin’ on your load (stamping stickers for your pallets, etc., so the more pallets you are hauling the more it will take them to load your TRL). I highly recommend to every 60 min ask them if is there any issue with the load, I understand when you are a Company driver so you can’t cancel the load but me as an owner after being waiting for 4 hrs (I had my appointment at 8 am, at 12 pm I canceled my load) I canceled my load because I had enough time to find another load to take me out of Laredo."

"Avoid this place. Appointment time 1030 arrived 0930 put in door 1030 sat 2 hours before started loading 1230pm finished loading me 1330 waiting for paperwork 1405 and clock still counting. Zero stars yard driver needs slapped around alot."

"The people that run this place should be fired. No one is helpful. No rhyme or reason to how they load. I was only truck at docks for my 8am appointment…. 1130 still not fully loaded and all docks are full. Never again."

"My first time picking up a load for this company 10/24/22 and the appointment was at 10:00 AM arrived 11:11AM at 30 minutes in a line to be checked in, check in 11:41 Am the guard and said they are out for lunch right now go ahead and park right there we will call you. Not even deserve to be given star (0) watch out drivers Waited and get a call at 16:09 Pm and out 18:00 PM may be 6 hrs, all I can say about this company drivers should read and the reviews before coming to this place."

"be sure to be here at least 2 hours early if you have a after noon appointment because they like to take late lunches my appointment was at 1:30 was here at 1:23 the guard wasn't back till 1:36 and there was about 5 other drivers that were here before me so they had a line out the gate that was locked because no one was there load was rescheduled and canceled been sitting here for about 2 hours now waiting on my dispatch to get back with me"
