"This warehouse is nothing but a scam. I arrived at 12pm for pick up, they said to comeback after washing the trailer even tho my trailer was clean as I have washed it a couple of days ago. It was useless to argue with them so I had to go one block to wash the trailer and by the time I came back, they said they will charge late fee of $150 after 1pm. They do business like that because the trailer wash that is one block away also belongs to them. This warehouse makes money by forcing drivers to wash their trailers at their trailer wash place and on top of that, they also make money by making drivers check in late and have the drivers pay $150 for late fee. Loading process takes another 6-7 hours which is ridiculous considering that there are like 20 docks and all of them are empty. Never coming back again. Stay safe."

"Waiting 3 days unload, this is my first to meet this in my 20 year driving experience. The people there are liars. I believe the reason they refuse to unload at the appointment time is they treat my trailer at a storge. This is a despicable act. God will punish you. I came it here to try to unload at 8 o'clock the first day morning，they told me to wait for Mexico trailers but when it was afternoon, I was told there is no way to unload today and I had to come back tomorrow. The second day I came back at 7 o’clock in the morning and they asked me to wait 11:00 to unload . However I was waiting At 12:00, they told me that I can’t unload, I went to talk to Jesus Palma , he treated me as a king , he said : get out here. The third day, ……… Don’t think I am the only person, the truck next me is the same situation with me, 3 days waiting."
