"Cleveland high school has no sense of discipline. The AP Mr. Patterson shoved my child and got the reaction he wanted and now me child has to go to DEAP. All because of the reaction he got from my son. Mr. Patterson should be placed on admin leave and sent to workshops on how to properly be an AP at a high school."

"I used to go to this district, and it honestly is the worst. The teachers don't bother to help students, there is a large amount of bullying that is never fixed by anyone, staff and administrators are rude to the students, and overall general problems are never addressed. Never send your child here if you have the chance. I would rate it 0 but that is not possible."

"There are a lot of nice and sweet teachers in the district. Northside Elementary however have the best teacher's they go beyond what they get paid to do! The bus drivers and monitors are top notch too!"

"My kids have been in this school district their whole lives. Every year there are issues. Teachers don't teach, the concerns of parents are ignored, and students bully students. We have been trying to get a parent-teacher conference with the 7th grade math teach for over 3 weeks. He won't even call us back. Now its 3 days before spring break, our child is failing, and every proactive measure we have taken to try to get with this teacher so we can help her has been ignored. If I could put my kids in another school, I would. Unfortunately, moving is not an option and even if it were, my kids are so behind because if Cleveland ISD that they would probably have to go back down a grade."

"This morning we were waiting for the bus outside at 7am on the dot which is way before the time they said to be out here waiting. Well the bus never came. Upon calling the bus depot ( this is not the first incident we've had with them) they pretty much tried to make me sound like a liar. The lady I spoke to was just brushing off everything I explained to her and ended it with "well she went down that road already" I had to keep repeating myself and telling her no she did not, and my neighbor was outside in his front yard all morning and he never seen it either. She tried to keep lying to me and tell me the bus driver said she picked kids up on my road already when my daughter and niece have literally been the only 2 kids that they have to pick up in the mornings on this road the entire year. I had to start explaining to her that we watch the bus turn on our road and never stop until she gets to the end of our road in front of our house, well she tried to make it sound like they knew what they were talking about by saying "yeah you have a little boy right? She said she picked him up already" note I DO NOT have a son, nephew, anything just two girls who get on and she tried to change the subject by stating "she goes to your road just to pick up 2 kids? No she has 8 kids on that route" once again lying. I can't believe how poorly they run this place when it comes to people's kids! I called district and they wanted me to sit down with the transportation director before going all the way and finally filing a complaint to district. I suggest any parents do the same so they see how serious this is and DO something about it. Also a side note​ we love our normal bus lady Ms Johnny she's awesome and so sweet but any other driver just looks miserable and pissed all the time"
