"This place is terrible. Todd did some downright illegal things when filing my taxes like claiming someone that makes over $50,000/year as a dependent and trying to claim an education credit for 1 person on 2 separate returns. Consequently, I received a bill from the IRS stating I owed them thousands of dollars. I ended up paying it right away because you can't get a hold of anyone at this place unless it's tax season. They don't answer the phone, and do not respond to emails. When I approached Todd about this, he was defensive and said that we have 2 years to make arrangements suggesting that this was no priority to him. The place is a dump and it is as shady as it looks."
"Stole all my documents and then never returned my phone calls. I eventually found out that he never even filed my taxes so now I have hundreds of dollars in penalties and interest. I have filed a formal complaint with the IRS, along with many, many others. Hopefully the IRS will take care of him."
