I was greeted with really bad customer service then I go ahead and ask them for a price to get my taxes done and they refuse to give me a price and tell me they can’t help me out I will not recommend instant Refund service to anybody. You can go to tax preparer in Waukegan on route 120 they have really good customer service and great prices."
