"This would’ve been the 3rd yr. Never again! After giving condolences to the family. I had to call 5x on the status of taxes after they had my paperwork for two wks! Being told they were behind only after I asked if there was an issue. To have them try and charge me more than $150 more than previous yrs with no changes to my taxes from previous yr. The daughter (new owner)telling me I had to have sympathy because she had to change everything to her name! That she had other docs due. That she feels sorry for me and my trauma? I was evil,negative,rude, unprofessional & God forbid that my parents pass or my child? That she felt sorry for my son? She charged me $75 for her to give me my paperwork back because I was taking it somewhere else where they were more organized and wouldn’t take advantage of their customers because they are grieving! I am sorry for her loss but not an excuse to take advantage of costumers!"
