They were in and out quickly and my carpet looks and smells great! You can not even tell it was repaired. They came out the next morning to quote the job, and began work right away. It took them 2 hours to thoroughly disinfect our entire 2022 square foot house. "I live in Arlington, Texas and my Senior mother lives in Amarillo. I spoke with the owner on the phone and 99.00 sounded ok but still seemed a little high but agreed. He went to clean her 2 bedroom home and ended up selling her other products ts that I asked another company after the fact and said she was taken advantage of. I was there over the weekend and he did a very sloppy job. She did call back and he told her to call back in a week. I will never use this company again. You took advantage of a senior citizen."
