"We literally come here weekly and their hours are posted not one, not two, but 3 different places, plus another sign that says last wash 8:00 pm and last dry at 8:30 pm. We came in tonight with one basket of blankets to just wash right before 8 and was told to leave because they were closed. The lady was even rude enough to point at the sign that shows when they close just to be wrong. When we went back to our car to leave we heard the lady lock the door behind us. Unprofessional. If you close at 8 maybe you should have 4 signs that say that instead of 9."
"Hours say 7am to 9pm all over the front door and even on the buildings sign. 7 days a week. Even google says it. Couple of lady’s in there cleaning said it closed at 8 and we could not start our load at 7:45."
