"Received a star from past experience. The quality of the press was not met with either the pants and long sleeve shirts. They fell to let me know as a customer that there presser was out and still charged full price for what was not done properly asked by me. I had to return back to store to get the actual cause of why my request wasn’t met. Instead have me leave without the knowledge of broken equipment issues they’ve been having for sometime now. smh. A partial refund for what I didn’t get as a customer. BAD FOR BUSINESS!! NO LONGER WILL GET MY SERVICE! Just be honest."
"I’ve been going on and off for years, but I thought I’d share my last interaction. It’s not their official policy, but they kept my items for way longer than I thought they would. We’re talking about several months that I had forgot about it. They still had it ready on the rack for me when I walked in. This is the only place I recommend if you need dry cleaning done!"
