"How is nobody responsible for this gas station? Main building is a McDonald’s and nobody in there knows anything. Number for the gas station listed on Phillips 66 website is a McDonald’s answering machine. When asking anyone at the McDonald’s for a fuel receipt, managers says “we are told we don’t associate with them.” There’s not even a phone number at the pumps. If there’s a problem at this gas station, what are we supposed to do, call 911? What’s the protocol here?"
