"I brought in my 3 month old puppy mini daushound named Izzy Marie. I live an hour away but am just thankful they are open on Sundays. She became very sick overnight and I could tell something was wrong. The staff at this emergency vet hospital was amazing.. getting us right in and was able to do a physical exam and knew the problem right away!. I also had them do labs to confirm. Izzy got meds that day and is 100 percent better today just 24 hours later."

"I can’t say enough positive things about the staff and how well they go above and beyond for the animals and owners who bring their pets there. Anytime you have to go to the vet it’s usually a stressful situation. Your animal has to go somewhere unfamiliar and with usually something happening to them that’s uncomfortable. The owners are worried about their pets and so they tend to be out of their normal routine as well. The staff here did everything they could to make sure my family cat got the attention and love it needed. It had a broken leg and the staff did everything in their power to stabilize her, comfort her, and make accommodations for her to get surgery and the care she needs to heal. They did this all with genuine love and care for the pet and owner. If you care about your pet this is the place to go. I’m sure there are places out there that may be able to do things cheaper or quicker or whatever. But no other vet I’ve been to has been able to provide as much love and care for my animal as this place has. All while being extremely reasonable on the pocket book. Any real owner knows that to get good care for your children it’s not cheap nor would you want anyone to cut corners. Well this is that place comparable to where you would want your children getting care at. They are that good. Thank you for the bottom of my heart. I couldn’t have asked for any better attention to my cats needs then your provided. I’ll keep you updated with her healing. Much love!"

"I brought my cat zoey there for an emergency and they were AMAZING. Words cannot describe how thankful I am for them saving her and getting her taken care of. The staff was kind and amazing, they kept me updated on zoey's status along with the financial side of things.Then that next morning they called me to check in which was awesome.. "This “emergency” vet is not the one. We took our cat on 10/15/22 he had been missing for 7months one day he showed up at our old property. His back leg was pretty messed up so we took him to lakeside. They took X-rays and told us he had cancer and we needed to put him down because he wouldn’t make it and he was in so much pain. We decided to get a second opinion, thank god we did because what they called cancer was a ton of worms our vet treated him for worms and amputated the leg. He is now living life to the fullest happy and heathy. Last night our dog started having issues with his back legs, our local vets are closed on Sunday so we decided to take him here in hopes this experience would be better… we were there when they opened they told us they have appointments till 8pm and unable to see our dog because he is “stable” our dog is unable to move his back legs, potty on his own, and is shaking from pain. They told us we could go to a emergency vet that’s 2 hours away.. I was under the impression from their sign that we were at an emergency vet. If your taking appointments and not seeing animals in need they should change their name to lakeside vet clinic. We have been let down twice by this place.. Anyone that is told to put their animal down here should get a second opinion!"

"Wonderful staff and doctor. This vet is understanding and has a no nonsense attitude towards caring for your beloved pet. Our three pets all go here and we will continue to see them in the future. They have been beyond caring, understanding, and are reasonable."
