"Dropped pur dresses off in early July, was told they would be ready mid to to late September (2022). Heard nothing from her in this time. Reached out the last week of September and was told they were not done yet but would be before our wedding (which she thought was the 18th of October, even though our notes on dresses and previous discussions stated it was Oct 16th.) She finally told us she hoped to have them done october 11th. I switched my work schedule around to get our dresses back FIVE days before our wedding. I called to confirm a time on the 11th and she told me they were no where near done. I expressed how important this was and how nervous she had us so she said she would have them done the 12th. My friend who was getting married the day before me also used Her and had the same issues. The day we went to get our dresses (Oct 12), we were there over 2 hours. She took my fiancees fress in too much and then insinuated she had gained weight causing it to be too small. She has never weighed over 104 pounds in the 9 and a half years we have been together and has remained the same size since dropping the dress off in july.. We got our dresses 4 days before our wedding and our friend got hers 3 days before her wedding She dropped her dress off in June. Not only was the whole experience nerve wracking but we had both our bustle buttons she sewed on come undone (like off the dresses altogether) 30 minutes into the reception, her button/zipper break right before the ceremony (that was "fixed" 6 or 7 times the night we picked our dresses up), and her straps falling down all day due to no measurements taken. On top of this she actually suggested that my fiance allow the dress to remain too small and not fully zip since "It wasn't that much and her hair was gonna be down anyways." I messaged her after our wedding because I was upset over our alterations but she didn't really seem to care about what we had to say. If you have to use her, I suggest telling her that your event is 1 full month earlier than what it really is or you'll probably be rushed like we were. Wish it would let me post screenshots of our conversation but Google isn't letting me LOL."

"Friends wedding was affected very negatively. Not only was the alteration for there dresses put back until the last minute, but their dresses came apart right before the ceremony. We still had an amazing time, just sad that this was an added stress on what is supposed to be the most memorable day of their lives. Even worse, after reaching out to politely let the owner know that there dresses had many issues, including straps falling off and zippers coming apart, the owner responded super disrespectfully. Will never be using this shop for my future wedding dresses, and will be saving my other friends the trouble of working with someone like this."
