"Problem: Leaky bathroom sink and low hot water pressure at a rental. Bill: $ 185 Outcome: Sink still leaks, the popup assembly was not put in correctly. No response from service person when I wanted to know what is going on but I received an estimate of new water heater by email. Called again, left message, no answer. I eventually emailed and and was told someone would come by and look at it. I had someone else come already and declined at this point. I have not received an answer for money refund"
