"Front desk ladies were so rude. Stated that they don’t take patients after a 10 min grace period. My mistake for thinking my appointment was at 3:40pm.. instead of 3:30pm. I could’ve gone to the bathroom and they still would’ve refused to see me. I explained it was a mistake and I took off work for this appointment. I was the last appointment of the day and there was still plenty of time for me to be seen. 5 minutes shouldn’t have been a huge deal for me to have to reschedule. Most doctors office do a 15 min grace period, or work with patients on things like this. The parking lot was empty, and it wasn’t even busy. I will not be rescheduling with them."

"hi I live in the area so I thought it would be nice to go somewhere close unfortunately that wasn’t the case the front desk was very helpful with my insurance but the timing needs some improvement I made an appointment so I didn’t have to wait that was @3:40 I wait in the lobby for about 30mins till I even get to the back to the exam room Im finally back there I do a couple test the send me back to the lobby to wait once again says “we are waiting on are room to open up” at this point I’ve been here 45 mins haven’t even see the eye doctor unfortunately I didn’t see the doctor I ended up having to leave to go pick up my child so very disappointed with my visit"
