"DO NOT USE THIS TAX SERVICE. After 3 years of mistakes on my dads taxes because of using this firm he is paying over THIRTY THOUSAND dollars back to the IRS. They do not have any guarantee that they will file correctly and now suing them wouldn't result in anything but more debt. They did not claim any responsibility and put my father in a terrible situation. The only taxes they are able to do are ones easy enough that you don't really need a service to help. If you have a complicated return in any way unless you want to pay thousands of dollars I would steer clear of this service. An absolutely unacceptable place of business. They do not know what they are doing."
