"Don’t bother coming here. Taxes prepared incorrectly, I have been trying to reach someone to fix, left voicemails etc and still have yet to hear back. I don’t remember the name of the older Hispanic lady that helped me but she had one of worst customer service I’ve experienced. Based on my personal experience I do not recommend anyone use them. To Be honest it’s cheaper doing it yourself with all the tax software and resources available to the public now.. This office in general seems to not care about their screw up or how it affects people"

Now she was very unprofessional, has no explanation , no apology and no concern or offer to correct her mistake. We now have to contact the District Manager and also contacting Corporate."
